Supervisor, Restaurant-In Room Dining

Job Description

This position is responsible for ensuring quality and service in The Room Service Department. Promote a positive working environment and lead by example Ensure quality of hospitality, service, and product Responsible for scheduling, planning, timing, motivation, and supervision of all employees Responsible for daily financial controls Assists with the creation, tracking, and execution of strategies for concept and venue improvement

Qualifications

• Two (2) to four (4) years of food & beverage operations experience or a combination of education and/or work experience
• Must be able to analyze Food and Beverage data
• Must be able to demonstrate and deliver a high level of service to our guests
• Has strong verbal and written communication skills
• Has ability to lead and develop a cohesive outlet team
• Strong computer skills to include MS word, excel, and Pos Systems

Pay

$45,000 - $55,000 based on experience
