Role Overview

The Supervisor Registered Nurse Clinic oversees daily clinic operations, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective patient care while supervising nursing staff. They support process improvements, manage resources, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. The role involves team leadership, staff development, and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain efficient clinic workflows and monitor patient outcomes.
• Supervise nursing staff through coaching, performance evaluations, and resolving issues.
• Manage staffing, supplies, budgets, and equipment maintenance.
• Implement quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with healthcare laws and policies.
• Enhance patient satisfaction and promote workplace safety.
• Communicate effectively and uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• BSN preferred with 4-6 years clinical experience and 2 years in leadership.
• RN license and BLS certification required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Schedule

This full-time position operates Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM, emphasizing leadership, operational excellence, and quality patient care.
