About the role
The Supervisor, Project Accounting will oversee project accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project accounting activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for assigned projects.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, and provide guidance on financial matters to project teams.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including variance analysis, to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial data is provided to stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and make adjustments as necessary to maintain financial alignment with project goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with project managers and other finance team members to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project accounting or financial management.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and project management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Experience with financial modeling and budgeting.
- Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.

Pay
$100,000 - $120,000 annually.
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
