About the role
The Supervisor, Programmatic Media will lead the programmatic media strategy for a leading digital advertising agency. This role requires strong leadership skills, experience in programmatic media, and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute programmatic media strategies that align with business goals
- Manage and optimize programmatic campaigns to achieve desired outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on programmatic initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in programmatic media
- Train and mentor junior team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in programmatic media, including campaign management and optimization
- Proven track record of successful programmatic media campaigns
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience with major programmatic platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, Rubicon Project)
- Knowledge of DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms) and SSPs (Supply-Side Platforms)
- Understanding of ad serving technologies and ad formats
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics)
Skills
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with programmatic media tools and platforms

Pay
Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually
