About the role

The Production Supervisor ensures an efficient operational flow in his production area, with particular attention to personnel management and compliance with regulations. He is responsible for safety, quality of production processes and continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with HSE standards and the achievement of productivity objectives in collaboration with other departments. The role also includes administrative tasks such as approving holidays, checking daily clocking in, supporting employee interviews, and collaborating on HR processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the operations team, creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Monitor team performance and escalate any operational issues to the appropriate departments.
• Conduct regular interviews with employees (performance reviews, development, disciplinary interviews, contract terminations).
• Approve vacation and time off requests based on operational needs.
• Daily clocking control.
• Manage and ensure the onboarding and training of new employees.
