Primary Duties
- Leads and mentors a team of Product Owners and Analysts to ensure clarity of responsibilities, balanced workload distribution, and consistent delivery.
- Supports the definition of product vision, goals, and roadmaps in partnership with product leadership.
- Manages product backlogs by prioritizing features, enhancements, and defect resolution to meet business and customer needs.
- Translates complex business needs into clear product requirements and user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
- Collaborates with cross-functional partners to plan work, clarify requirements, and deliver solutions aligned with organizational strategy.
- Communicates product progress, updates, and performance to stakeholders at all levels.
- Incorporates customer insights, analytics, and market trends into product decisions to support continuous improvement.
- Defines and monitors key performance indicators to assess product success and guide optimization efforts.
- Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
Job Requirements
- Education and Experience Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; 3+ years of experience in product ownership, business analysis, or a related field, including experience working in collaborative, iterative development environments; 1+ years of leadership or mentoring experience preferred; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
- Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Strong ability to lead, coach, and develop team members; excellent communication and stakeholder-collaboration skills; ability to translate business needs into clear and actionable product requirements; strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to guide decisions; knowledge of product lifecycle management and iterative development practices; ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high-quality documentation.
- Essential Mental And Physical Functions: Ability to work for extended periods at a computer or workstation; frequent communication with team members, leadership, and stakeholders; ability to review written documentation and analyze detailed product information; ability to organize, prioritize, and execute multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Performs all tasks in an office or remote-office setting.
- Regular collaboration with cross-functional teams through in-person and virtual meetings.
- Must be able to work effectively in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
