Supervisor, Point of Care
Overview
The Supervisor, Point of Care is responsible for planning and managing the Point of Care media programs assigned to clients. They develop relationships with POC media partners, plan and coordinate projects, and work directly with the Point of Care media team and Strategy team. The goal is to support client Point of Care marketplace initiatives and develop and maintain PHM Point of Care partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Develop a firm understanding of how the agency works and how jobs flow throughout as well as an understanding of client’s business and goals
- Develop a keen sense of how client business objectives translate into Point of Care marketplace strategies
- Develop an understanding of the overall Point of Care marketplace and partner landscape
- Develop an understanding of Point of Care partnership opportunities, deals, and terms
- Understand agency Terms + Conditions and Point of Care partner contracting process
- Develop Point of Care RFPs
- Create Point of Care tactical recommendations
- Negotiate Point of Care buys
- Inform the Point of Care media plan based on marketplace intelligence supported by analytics
- Lead data collection & analysis for Point of Care planning & activation
- Contribute to budgeting for Point of Care media partner level investments
- Contribute to business rules and parameters of the point of care engagement
- Contribute to cross-franchise strategy
- Evaluate and select offices and tactics by brand
- Monthly & Quarterly validation and verification of each partner. Confirmation of delivery by office
- Manage timely delivery of Point of Care projects and tasks
- Contribute Point of Care POVs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of media planning and/or buying
- 1+ years experience in Point of Care, Out of Home, or HCP
- 2+ years of expert-level MS Excel proficiency

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
