Supervisor, Park Quality

About the role

As a key member of our team, you'll play a major role in bringing happiness and excitement to guests from around the world. This position supervises and develops assistant supervisors and the Park Quality team, focusing on maximizing park presentation through efficiency, effectiveness, and a culture of safety and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop assistant supervisors and the Park Quality team.
• Execute common tasks for Park Quality, including general and detail cleaning of restrooms.
• Ensure proper training and compliance with department scheduling, time-keeping, equipment use, PPE, and cleaning chemicals.
• Follow up with team member and guest concerns.
• Maintain up-to-date schedules and labor budgets.
• Enforce all safety, park, and department policies at all times.
• Maintain par levels for stock items.
• Ensure team member compliance and development.
• Coordinate restroom cleaning and minimize disruption of operations.
• Assist with other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Previous leadership experience preferred; Park Operations/Park Quality experience preferred.
• Knowledge of restroom cleaning preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.

Pay

$16.00 per hour.
