Supervisor Outpatient Pediatrics

About the role
Support Operations Supervisor for Pediatric Clinics in Sandwich and Foxborough. This position involves supervision of both Spaulding Foxborough and Sandwich Pediatrics with a 40-hour, 5-day schedule including travel between sites.
Responsibilities
- Orient, mentor, and support team members to achieve stated performance goals.
- Complete performance evaluations accurately and timely according to organization standards.
- Manage outpatient registration process to meet department standards, collecting clinical and financial information while maintaining a customer service focus.
- Establish, maintain, and improve accurate and efficient scheduling procedures for therapy outpatients per established practices.
- Coordinate weekly payroll sheets to ensure accurate and timely submission into the hospital payroll system.
- Manage functional operations of the outpatient center to maintain comprehensive and up-to-date paperwork, statistics, schedules, and correspondence.
- Monitor inventory of office supplies to meet department guidelines, including filing of all invoices and requisitions.
- Complete additional department, organization, or network activities as per established objectives.

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate program in a health care related field or equivalent experience.
- Previous management experience preferred.

- Required:
- Ability to analyze and develop statistical reports.
- Safely execute all job responsibilities without risking injury to self or patients.
- Demonstrates the ability to interact with patients and families.
- Computer proficiency required; Microsoft Office applications preferred with ability to learn new software.

Pay
$54,059.20 - $78,686.40/Annual
Schedule

- Onsite work location at 22 Patriot Place with travel between Sandwich and Foxborough sites.
