Responsibilities

• Supervise the Recovery Support Staff (RSS) supervisors and document all supervisions in Relias.
• Oversee and assign duties to Recovery Support Staff.
• Train and onboard new RSS staff.
• Develop the weekly RSS schedule and ensure coverage for all shifts.
• On call after hours to RSS for any emergencies.
• Congduct monthly RSS staff meetings.
• Develop, with the Program Director, the RSS staff meeting agendas and attend all case conferences weekly.

Qualifications

• REQUIRED EDUCATION: High School Diploma or Equivalent, Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: CASAC preferred, Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor – Trainee (CASAC) in good standing required.
• EXPERIENCE: Minimum two years’ experience working in a substance use disorder treatment setting, including working with patients with co-occurring disorders. Experience with case management and knowledge of and/or experience substance abuse, mental health, health, vocational/educational/training, and housing systems.

• Salary range: $20.48 - $30.67 hourly
