Supervisor of OBOT Clinical Operations - Hybrid

About the role

This is a hybrid position. OBOT Clinic hours schedule: Monday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM, Wednesday 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Saturday 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication-assisted treatment (MAT) services to patients with opioid use disorder.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and provide counseling to support patient recovery and sobriety.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding MAT.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new developments in the field.

Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field
• Experience working with underserved populations in a clinical setting
• Lived addiction experience is a plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Current license to practice in your state
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for treating opioid use disorder
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of substance abuse disorders and treatment modalities
