General Statement Of Responsibilities
The Supervisor of Facilities will be responsible for the efficient operation of all Shelton Board of Education schools and office buildings; ensures operating excellence of all facilities so that full utilization is available. Responsible for the supervision and evaluation of custodial and maintenance staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience in a school or facility management environment
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Ability to manage a team of custodial and maintenance staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Experience with facility management software

Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
