About the Role
Provide direct supervision, guidance, and leadership to all environmental staff members. Ensure that all services provided are comprehensive, proactive, and appropriate to the needs of the population served, meeting all regulatory and professional standards. Assist in the development and maintenance of efficient and appropriate environmental services. Serves as a member of the leadership team. Represent the Manager in the completion of functions related to Environmental Services.
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2,000
Pay
Estimated pay range for this position is $21.24 - $27.61 per hour depending on experience.
Qualifications
Degrees: High School Diploma, Certificate, GED, Training, or Experience.
- Three years of supervisory experience required.
- Previous Environmental Services experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing; good interpersonal skills to work with diverse populations in a fast-paced, crisis-oriented environment.
- Minimum required experience: 3 years.
