Supervisor Manufacturing II - 12Hr. Day Shift
Position Summary
The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily manufacturing operations and ensuring performance aligns with safety, quality, compliance, and production goals. This role collaborates cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, and Technical teams to optimize equipment, processes, and output.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet schedule, quality, and cost targets
- Monitor output and adjust processes, staffing, or equipment to improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper operation of equipment
- Train, coach, and support production team members
- Partner with QC, Technical Services, and Engineering to drive process improvements
- Prepare and review production reports to identify and resolve issues
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 4+ years of supervisory experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
- Proven leadership and team supervision experience
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work non-standard schedules as needed
Work Environment
Primarily manufacturing/production setting
Moderate noise level
Requires standing, walking, and occasional light physical activity
Salary Range
$97,600 - $107,000
