Supervisor, Logistics - Warehouse

About the role

We are seeking a Supervisor, Logistics – Warehouse to join our team at our Santa Ana, CA bakery. As a Supervisor, Logistics – Warehouse, you will be accountable for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes while supporting production and distribution performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations during assigned shifts to achieve daily productivity and service goals
• Supervise and support shipping and receiving teams to ensure efficient workflows
• Manage inventory processes including cycle counts, FIFO, and system accuracy
• Cookordination cross-functionally with production, procurement, and logistics teams
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and workplace safety standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and inventory records within SAP or WMS systems
• Train team members and promote continuous improvement in warehouse operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in food distribution or manufacturing in a leadership capacity
• Previous experience operating sit-down and high-reach forklifts
• Able to lift 20–50 lbs. repeatedly and perform manual material handling
• Working knowledge of SAP or similar warehouse management systems
• Able to follow safety procedures and work effectively in a team environment

Pay

Salary Range: $70,304 - $90,332

Schedule

Shift: 2nd
Hours: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Weekend Availability: Required
