Facility: 7th Rosser Clinic • Location: Bismarck, ND • Full-time, 40 hours per week • Day shifts

About the role

Provide leadership and work direction in the daily completion of duties associated with warehouse management and planning, coordination of receiving, stocking, order filling, shipping, transporting, and delivery of materials, supplies, and equipment for the entire health system. Supervise day-to-day operations, including warehouse and production work, and serve as the point of contact for customers.

When working in the warehouse, you must meet existing flows and staging times based on daily volumes. Work with the distribution team to fulfill orders and handle calls from units. Take ownership of performance appraisals, supervise staff conformance with policies and procedures, and may be responsible for staff scheduling. Depending on location, you may be required to use the Electronic Procurement Information Center (EPIC) for supply requests and pick cases for surgery.

Handle all customer billing, serve as the point of contact for customer issue resolution, and coordinate Periodic Automatic Replenishment (PAR) locations equipment needs, including any rental or centrally owned equipment. Verify staff meets job competencies, reassign tasks as necessary, and implement disciplinary action, escalating to the manager as needed. Assist the manager in the hiring process, support training and mentoring, and manage Paid Time Off (PTO) requests.

Responsibilities

  • Meet daily staging and flow requirements based on volume.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of two years of related experience in an operations setting.
  • Experience in a large organization preferred.
  • Working knowledge of inventory systems.
  • Valid driver’s license; CDL and DOT requirements may apply depending on location.
  • On-the-job forklift training or other required training may be provided.

Pay

Salary range: $21.50 - $34.50 per hour. Pay starts at $21.50/hour with additional credit given for relevant work experience.
