Supervisor, Last Mile Operations

Responsibilities

• Assign work activities and monitor group activities
• Instruct associates in proper equipment, operational and maintenance procedures; guide team in understanding housekeeping requirements
• Maintain availability of tools, materials and supplies
• Ensure team adherence to all safety procedures and programs
• Manage inventory, including monitoring levels and performing merchandise reconciliation
• Aid in resolving problems to ensure maximum associate productivity; take necessary action to correct substandard performance

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• 5 years of experience in logistics and/or transportation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong math skills and solid analytical ability
• Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills

Pay

Compensation for this role is 60,000-70,000. The role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary due to factors such as experience and skill set.

Schedule

The role is available on a Tuesday-Saturday schedule from 5:00am-1:30pm.
