Job Summary

As a Supervisor II, Maintenance, you’ll champion the reliability, safety, and performance of our production facility, driving maintenance strategies that keep operations running at their best. You’ll oversee all preventive and corrective maintenance, manage the annual maintenance budget, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate daily workflow so your team has everything they need to succeed. From line walks to emergency response, you’ll be the go‑to leader who removes barriers, promotes continuous improvement, and maintains the highest quality standards across the plant. In this role, you’ll also shape the growth and success of a talented team of Maintenance Technicians. You’ll set clear expectations, coach for strong performance, conduct training, and foster a culture built on teamwork, accountability, and safety. You’ll play a key part in workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and ensuring 24/7 maintenance coverage.
About the Role

Requirements
- 2 Year / Associate Degree in a related technical field required. An equivalent level of experience may be considered.
- 4 Year / Bachelors Degree in a related technical field preferred.
- Minimum of six (6) years related maintenance experience, preferably in a food manufacturing industry.
- Supervisory experience and/or training required.
- Lock Out/ Tag Out
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- The ability to provide direction and coaching.
- Able to delegate tasks and decisions sharing responsibility and accountability.
- Strong conflict management skills.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Strong customer focus (internal and external).
