Supervisor II - 1st Shift

About the role

Supervisor II is a W2 contract position with a 12‑month duration located in East Moline, IL 61244, requiring 100% onsite work from day one. The Supervisor II is responsible for leading and supervising employees in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to support daily operations, and proficiency with computer applications to effectively manage production and workforce activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Supervisory experience in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment
• Strong computer proficiency, including:
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft Outlook

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment

Skills

• Strong leadership and supervisory experience within manufacturing or warehouse operations
• Ability to support operational demands, including overtime and weekend schedules
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced industrial environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications

Pay

Pay Rate: $38.00 - $39.25/hr.

Schedule

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM. Weekend work required based on business needs. Overtime required as needed.
