Pay Rate: $21.75 per hour plus cash tips

Schedule: Monday 3pm–11pm through Sunday 3pm–11pm

About the role

Propark Mobility is currently hiring a Supervisor – Hotel Valet for full-time and part-time opportunities to start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Develop and train shuttle drivers and valets to ensure job expectations are met
• Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses
• Develop and maintain excellent client relations and attend client meetings
• Handle customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues
• Manage employee work hour reports and submit payroll
• Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals
• Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control
• Ensure compliance with company and client policies and procedures
• Complete required reports

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with at least 2 years of driving experience
• Able to stand, run, and carry items up to 50 lbs as needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and resolve customer issues positively
• Motivated individual with experience in customer service or hospitality
• Organized, honest, and willing to take initiative
• Trustworthy, loyal, dependable, self-sufficient, and decisive

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of valet parking experience
• 1+ years of customer service experience
