Broward Health Point Shift: Shift 1 Department: Healthy Start - Home Health Req 33258 FTE: 1.00000 Summary Supervises health start home visitation staff and manages all healthy start programs to ensure adherence to the healthy start model policies procedures guidelines and standards of healthy program. Coordinates patient care services and oversees scheduling and implementation of the home visitation program. GRANT FUNDED**** Education Bachelor's degree in nursing Experience 2-4 years of experience working in home visitation program and/or in a clinical or community-based setting Credentials RN - Registered Nurse-State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure BCLS - American Heart Association or American Red Cross upon hire and does not expire within 60 days of start date.
