About the Role
As a Ground Operations Supervisor, you are a hands-on leader working day-to-day with Warehouse Associates and Leads. You will develop warehouse staff, coach them on skills for success, and set a standard of operational excellence through values-based leadership. You will ensure accuracy in reports, scheduling, cross-functional communication, and efficient package processing while adhering to safety standards.

- Schedule shifts aligned with business needs based on operational hours and projected volume.
- Act as a hands-on leader, coaching, training, and developing team members.
- Lead a team with values-based leadership to achieve key KPIs and operational metrics.
- Demonstrate teamwork by partnering cross-functionally to ensure organizational success.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of management experience in logistics, operations, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficient in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and driver partners.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends, as required by operational needs.
- Physically able to work in a warehouse environment, including:
- Standing for the duration of the shift.
- Frequent bending and moving boxes.
- Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Working in hot or cold temperatures, loud noise, and fumes.
- Minimal travel required.

Pay
$60,000 - $70,000 annually. The pay range is subject to the discretion of the Company.
Schedule
Anticipated schedule: Wednesday to Saturday, 7 AM to 5 PM. Operating hours vary based on business needs, with first, second, and third shifts available. Schedules are subject to change at the discretion of the company. Warehouse leadership is expected to be onsite during scheduled shifts, with occasional off-site work opportunities at the manager’s discretion.
