Veho’s mission is to power the future of commerce by making shopping, shipping and returns seamless for everyone. We are building a modern, end-to-end logistics infrastructure designed entirely for the ever-evolving needs of ecommerce brands and everyday consumers. Our rapidly growing client list includes leading consumer brands like Hello Fresh, Zara, Macy’s, Sephora, and more.
Compensation
Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annually. Veho offers a competitive equity package, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage as well as other benefits such as 401k and unlimited PTO for exempt level roles.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in management in logistics, operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in technology platforms and tools relevant to logistics operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional experiences to team members and driver partners.
- Willingness to complete a comprehensive background check.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, holidays, and weekends, as required by operational needs.
- Is physically able to work in a warehouse that includes the following conditions: Standing for the duration of the shift, Moving boxes up and down including frequent bending, May need to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, May work in hot or cold temperatures, May work in an environment with loud noise and fumes, Minimal travel required.

- Proven record of leading a team with values-based leadership to achieve key KPIs and metrics for the operation.
- Demonstrates a high level of teamwork, partnering cross-functionally to ensure a successful operation and organization as a whole.
