We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invention. Remove boilerplate: immigration sponsorship line, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, application instructions, cookie/nav/legal etc. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract content: First paragraph: "Eversource will not offer immigration-related sponsorship for this position (e.g., H-1B, O-1, J-1, TN, E-3, etc.). Applicants requiring visa sponsorship to start employment with Eversource will not be considered." This is boilerplate (immigration sponsorship) - should be removed per instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. This is immigration sponsorship warning, likely considered boilerplate; remove. Next: "This position provides direct supervision of internal, external, and on call work crews. Oversees resources and personnel engaged in the operation, maintenance, and construction of Eversource Energy gas distribution systems. This position is multi-faceted with responsibilities that include integrated planning and scheduling, execution of fieldwork activities, adhering to Company and regulatory rules and procedures, performance measurement, coaching, safety adherence, mentoring and various administration duties. Prepares and executes maintenance and construction activities along with coordination and schedules. Communicates with customers and community officials concerning all aspects of utility construction, operations, maintenance, and service delivery." That's description; could go under About the role or Responsibilities. We'll decide. Then "Essential Functions:" list bullet-like sentences. Those are responsibilities/duties. We'll put under Responsibilities as
  • . Then "Qualifications:" with subpoints: Technical Knowledge/Skill, Education, Experience, Licenses & Certifications, Working Conditions. Those are qualifications/requirements. We'll put under Requirements or Qualifications? The instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we need to map content. We have "Qualifications:" section in posting; we could map that to Qualifications heading. Also we have "Technical Knowledge/Skill" etc. Could be under Requirements (maybe skills). But we have separate Skills heading. We'll decide: Use Qualifications for education, experience, licenses. Use Requirements for technical knowledge/skill? Or maybe combine. Let's think: The posting has "Qualifications:" then subheadings: Technical Knowledge/Skill, Education, Experience, Licenses & Certifications, Working Conditions. That's typical qualifications. So we can put that under Qualifications heading. Responsibilities: The essential functions list. About the role: The initial paragraph describing position. Skills: Could extract from "Technical Knowledge/Skill" includes knowledge of gas distribution system design, operations, maintenance, construction principles, safety standards, business processes; project and schedule management skills; working knowledge of labor contracts; communication, interpersonal, conflict resolution, attention to detail, teamwork skills; ability to use PC desktop applications. Those are skills. Could put under Skills heading. But we already used Technical Knowledge/Skill under Qualifications; maybe better to put under Skills. However we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We can split: Qualifications heading for Education, Experience, Licenses & Certifications, Working Conditions. Skills heading for Technical Knowledge/Skill (knowledge, project management, communication, etc.). Requirements heading maybe for any mandatory requirements like "Must be able to wear SCBA and required PPE", "Valid Motor Vehicle Operator License is required", "Must be able to obtain and maintain required Operator Qualifications". Those could be Requirements. But we also have "Working Conditions" which could be under Schedule? Actually schedule is about shift work, weekends, on-call, travel. That's schedule. So we can put schedule info under Schedule heading. Benefits: The posting includes "Compensation and Benefits: Eversource offers a competitive total rewards program. Check out our careers site for an overview of our benefits programs. Salary is commensurate with your experience. This position is eligible for a potential incentive. The annual salary range for this position is: $121,710.00-$135,230.00". So we have Pay and Benefits. Benefits: mention competitive total rewards program, check careers site for overview. Pay: salary range and potential incentive. Also "Worker Type: Regular Number of Openings: 1 Emergency Response: ..." That's not benefits/pay but could be under About the role? Might be extra metadata; but we can drop minor metadata like Worker Type, Number of Openings, Emergency Response? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. So we can fold minor metadata into a short

maybe under About the role or drop. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information. Is "Worker Type: Regular" substantive? Probably minor metadata; could be dropped. "Number of Openings: 1" also minor. "Emergency Response: Responding to emergency situations to meet customers’ needs is part of every employee’s role. If employed, you will be given an Emergency Restoration assignment. This means you may be called to assist during an emergency outside of your normal responsibilities, work hours and location." That's substantive about job duties; could be under Responsibilities or About the role. We'll include that as a responsibility. Also "#gasajd" is a tag; ignore. Competencies list: "Build trusting relationships Manage and develop people Foster teamwork and cross-functional collaboration Lead change Communicate strategic vision Create an engaged workforce Focus on the customer Take ownership & accountability". Those are competencies/skills; could be under Skills. We must not include boilerplate like EEO statement, VEVRRA Federal Contractor, etc. Remove. Now craft HTML. We'll have sections:

Check we didn't repeat content unnecessarily. We have some duplication: Motor Vehicle Operator License appears both in Requirements and Qualifications; we could keep only in Requirements and note in Qualifications that license is required (maybe just mention). But we need to preserve all substantive info; duplication is okay but maybe better to avoid redundancy. However instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Duplication is not prohibited but could be considered redundant but still preserving. Might be okay. But we can avoid duplication by moving license to Requirements only and in Qualifications just mention "Licenses & Certifications: Valid Motor Vehicle Operator License (see Requirements) – must be able to obtain and maintain required Operator Qualifications." That still includes the info. We also have "Must be able to wear SCBA and required PPE" under Responsibilities; good. Check we didn't miss any substantive info: The
