- Train and mentor front office staff, providing guidance on best practices and professional development.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative teams to improve service delivery and operational workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field required.
- At least 6 years of experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare or customer service environment.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and patient privacy laws.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and practice management software.
- Certification in healthcare management or a related field.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (not required).
