  • Train and mentor front office staff, providing guidance on best practices and professional development.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and administrative teams to improve service delivery and operational workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field required.
  • At least 6 years of experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare or customer service environment.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and patient privacy laws.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and practice management software.
  • Certification in healthcare management or a related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and another language (not required).
