Supervisor, Formulation (3rd Shift)

About the role

Responsible for overseeing the formulation process, ensuring compliance with all regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Manage team of formulators to meet production targets and quality goals.
• Develop and implement new formulations as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or chemical formulation.
• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license required.
