Supervisor, Food Services (Lakeside Cafe)

Responsibilities

• Aid managers with daily operational tasks.
• Ensure staff follows proper opening and closing procedures.
• Ensure operations meet budgeted goals and run efficiently.
• Supervise staff to enforce cash-handling policies and procedures.
• Relieve staff during breaks and lunches.
• Provide "World Class Service" to customers and resolve issues.
• Maintain sanitary practices for food handling and general cleanliness.
• Support training and performance of assigned personnel.
• Contribute to departmental goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferably with some college.
• Supervisory experience in a fast-paced, large-volume setting preferred.
• Flexible work schedule required.
• Work mostly days with some evenings and weekends/holidays.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Food Service Sanitation Certificate recommended.
