Supervisor, Food Service (Cafe Kudu)

Responsibilities

• Aid managers with daily operational tasks.
• Ensure staff adheres to proper opening and closing procedures in assigned areas.
• Contribute to maintaining operations within budgeted goals.
• Supervise staff to enforce cash-handling policies and procedures.
• Take shifts during breaks and lunches as needed.
• Provide "World Class Service" to all customers and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain sanitary practices for food handling and general cleanliness.
• Support training and performance of assigned personnel.
• Collaborate with manager on departmental goals and objectives.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent with some college education preferred.
• Experience supervising in a fast-paced, large-volume setting preferred.
• Flexible work schedule required.
• Work schedule varies, primarily days with some evenings and occasional weekends/holidays.
• Must be available for changes in work schedules due to business needs.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• A Food Service Sanitation Certificate is beneficial.
• Criminal background check and drug test required for all candidates.
