Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist in the receiving, labeling, storage, and distribution of all warehouse goods.
• Responsible for inventory quality and control of merchandise and culinary products.
• Communicate daily with all levels of leadership.
• Process daily paperwork in SAP or MMS system.
• Affiliate with Warehouse leader with the training of ambassadors and assistant supervisors while ensuring and complying with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards.
• Supervise and counsel ambassadors and assistant supervisors will be ensuring proper training and development in accordance with SEA guidelines.
• Complete appropriate paperwork and administer developmental documentation.
• Establish and maintain a positive atmosphere which ensures the highest level of ambassador engagement.
• Comply with the area opening and closing procedures and ensure all ambassadors and assistant supervisor complete tasks within a timely manner.
• Consistently practice safe work habits including the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), lifting, and reporting unsafe situations.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment for guests and ambassadors.
• Maintain and enforce company standards and policies.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to lift 50-100 lbs.
• Must have a valid drivers’ license.
• Previous warehouse experience required.
• One (1) year of leadership experience with no significant performance deficiencies within last 6 months or equivalent external experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be a focused individual who can complete tasks independently, but also possess the ability to work within a group and lead multiple personnel.
• Must be knowledgeable in all areas of the department including ambassador and supervisory roles.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to successfully complete all legal, company and department training requirements to include but not limited to passing required tests and certifications within established timelines.
• Must be willing to comply and ensure all ambassadors comply with all SEA grooming guidelines and employment standards.

$19.25 USD Hourly
