About the role

The Field Ops Supervisor at USS United Site Services is responsible for supervising yard and transportation operations. This position oversees all activities, manages teams, and ensures efficient operations through coordination and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all yard activities
• Supervise technicians and work with Operations Coordinator & Routers for route coordination
• Analyze and report on operational activities
• Communicate effectively with other departments
• Coordinate asset transfers and special events logistics
• Review and approve driver paperwork and time off requests
• Maintain fleet DOT administration and safety program
• Conduct performance reviews and employee development
• Operate company vehicles

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years/Associates Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
• Valid Driver License

Pay

$66,700.00 – $96,700.00 / year

Schedule

Full-time, average of 30+ hours per week
