Responsibilities Include Provide organizational leadership to a group of environmental services staff and specialistsEnsure goals are met in both service and quality and provide HR oversight for the departmentDaily cleaning as well as projects, carpet and hard surface floor care, waste disposal, and moving servicesShift management and schedulingFoster healthy relationships with other leaders as well as promoting those within the department What's Available Full time, 1.0 FTE - 40 hours/ weekSchedule: Nights- Ability to work Nights - 3rd shift hours typically 10:00pm-6:30am or 11:00pm-7:30am with flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays.Location: Onsite in La Crosse, WIStarting salary $46,500 and up, based on your years of experience. What You'll Need High school diploma or equivalency2 years of experience in commercial or healthcare environmental services or related field; or 2 years supervisory experience in healthcare or related fieldValid Driver's License, RequiredAbility to work Nights - 3rd shift hours typically 10:00pm-6:30am or 11:00pm-7:30am with flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays.
