Supervisor, Employment Services

Hire, train and develop ACES employment and programming staff in Harlem and the Bronx

Hire and supervise work crew supervisors for ACES

Lead team to fully implement the ACES program and achieve targeted benchmarks and outcomes

Promote staff development and competence through training, coaching and structured supervision

Collaborate and develop strong relationships with employer partners and other stakeholders

Act as an escalation contact for staff in addressing complex and risk management situations

Facilitate team meetings and individual supervisions

Ensure the timely documentation of all services by staff in databases

Develop and maintain partnerships for referral services and opportunities for youth

Collaborate with other team leaders to ensure successful programming for participants

Advance the program’s mission and values and adherence to fidelity standards

Meet with Director for supervision

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of supervisory experience of contracts and small teams
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Ability to work with diverse team and remain highly organized
• Ability to apply youth development principles and commit to work from a strengths-based perspective
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
• Proficient in use of Google Docs
• Experience with developing relationships with community-based organizations and service providers
• Unwavering commitment to quality programs

Additional, preferred skills we are looking for but are not required:

• Fluency in Spanish (a plus)
• Strong commitment to social justice and the CASES mission

Pay:

The salary for the Supervisor, Employment Services is $80,000.00.

Schedule:

The Supervisor, Employment Services is full-time Monday through Friday 9am-5pm shift.
