Supervisor, Donor Outreach

Location: Vitalant Remote Work Phoenix, AZ 85007. Work Shift: Shift 1 (United States of America).

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of quality customer service to all customers.
• Hire, supervise, train, and evaluate the performance of assigned personnel.
• Develop daily call plans that strategically focus on Donor Outreach efforts using an appointment forecast, penetration report, and staff schedule.
• Conduct call quality monitoring and provide constructive feedback and guidance to staff.
• Investigate and resolve donor complaints.
• Compile monthly evaluations and standard reports on Donor Outreach activity.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Knowledge of telemarketing techniques required
• Two years of related call center experience to include One year of Supervisory experience
• Knowledge of blood banking telemarketing technics preferred
