About the role
As a Distribution Supervisor at Workwear Outfitters, you will supervise assigned associates in the Distribution Center on the 1st shift to achieve maximum production, quality, and cost control.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the flow of production and provide training and counseling to associates.
- Resolve issues and create production reports.
- Track attendance and ensure safety standards, quality of work, and company policies are maintained.
- Process assigned orders within shipping requirements.
- Communicate with all levels of personnel and train on various tasks in the department.
- Support internal and external customers by meeting all service requirements and expectations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Three years’ experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment is preferred.
- Previous supervisor experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Strong communication skills (oral, written - fluent in English), strong interpersonal skills, and strong basic math skills.
- A high attention to detail and quality, and ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated flexibility and ability to work with others in a positive manner.
- Able to handle multiple tasks, work overtime, and/or weekends if needed.

- Experience in a similar role preferred.
- Ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
