Supervisor Disclosure Management

Responsibilities

• Provide system-wide leadership for a centralized Release of Information model across all Nuvance Health facilities.
• Develop and implement standardized Release of Information policies and procedures for the entire health system.
• Ensure centralization of Release of Information operations, including workflow optimization and resource allocation.
• Oversee compliance with HIPAA and state regulations across multiple sites.
• Lead cross-site teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Collaborate with executive leadership on compliance, risk mitigation, and legal strategy.
• Manage system-wide audits, breach prevention programs, and quality assurance initiatives.
• Prepare and present system-level performance reports and KPIs for centralized operations.
• Oversee vendor relationships for Release of Information services, if applicable.
• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting for centralized Release of Information operations.
• Serve as subject matter expert for Release of Information across the health system.

• Recognized for outstanding customer service, staying calm under pressure, and handling difficult interactions with professionalism.
• A clear and effective communicator, both verbally and in writing, with the ability to work well with providers, clinical staff, patients, insurance companies, lawyers, government agencies, and employers.
• Possesses strong judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, able to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities while keeping attention to detail.
