About the role

Pritchard Industries is a dynamic and innovative provider of comprehensive facility services, dedicated to enhancing the operational efficiency of our client partners in the industries we serve. With services from facility maintenance and janitorial to landscaping and snow removal, we enable desired outcomes for our clients through consistent service and outstanding people. We are seeking to hire a Supervisor for the Plano campus - Collin College.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors
• Trash removal
• Rest room and break room cleaning
• Other miscellaneous duties to ensure that building and facilities are maintained in a healthy, safe, and sanitary manner

Requirements

• Must be able to follow instructions from Manager and complete all tasks effectively
• Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
• Reliable Transportation

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate will have professional attitude & appearance and is initiative-taking, hardworking, dependable, and responsible
• Prior cleaning experience is a plus
• Janitor experience a plus but will train

Pay

$17.00/hr

Schedule

40 hrs/week, 8:00am - 4:30pm, 9:00pm - 5:30am, Monday - Friday
