Supervisor / Contract Director (Top Secret Clearance Required)

About the role

The Supervisor/Contract Director leads and coordinates support services required under the contract to meet performance standards and customer expectations. They partner with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to recommend updates to operating guidelines and instructions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. They ensure adequate staffing, coverage, and resource planning to accomplish required work. They oversee data collection for productivity and performance reporting and resolve day-to-day operational issues and service concerns.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate support services required under the contract to meet performance standards and customer expectations.
• Partner with the COR by recommending updates to operating guidelines and instructions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure adequate staffing, coverage, and resource planning to accomplish required work.
• Use logistics and asset management expertise to identify process improvements and deliver innovative efficiencies.
• Oversee data collection for productivity and performance reporting; conduct internal surveys as needed.
• Resolve day-to-day operational issues and service concerns; prepare timely written responses to service complaints received from the COR within required timeframes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in time sensitive, service oriented operations.
• At least 3 years of managing service activity in a logistics environment comparable in scope/complexity to the MGSS Program.
• Strong knowledge of administrative support services, business operations, and human resources practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clear, professional responses and reports.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coordinate teams and drive results.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret (TS) clearance required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
