Supervisor Clinical Site - OPA MSO

Responsibilities

• Captures and promotes cooperative staff effort for patients to experience a quality care environment.
• Captures, supervises, and is accountable for the daily activities of business support, technical or production team or unit.
• Owns output at task level.
• Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion.
• Captures and coordinates work activities with other supervisors.
• Develops plans to meet short-term objectives.
• Identifies and resolves operational problems using defined processes, expertise, and judgment.
• Assigns clinical staff personnel based on levels of competency and the needs of the center.
• Affirms equitable staff assignments.
• Participates in the selection of clinical personnel.

Qualifications

• High School Degree.
• Bachelor’s Degree from four-year college or university preferred.
• Two years of related experience in a healthcare organization and/or medical supervisory experience.

Pay

$30.00/Hr.

Schedule

$36.00/Hr.
