Supervisor Clinic LPN LVN - Float Personnel
About the role
Working under the direction of the Sr. Nurse Manager and/or Site Manager/Director, this position has direct responsibility for the supervision of staff in the clinical department. Ensures staff is providing patient care within the scope of practice outlined by the California Board of Nursing.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage clinical staff in the department.
- Ensure compliance with California Board of Nursing guidelines and standards.
- Oversee patient care delivery within the scope of practice.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Certified Vocational Nurse (VOCN) license in California.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- At least 3 years of recent experience in an acute care facility or medical group practice.
- One year of experience in a medical practice preferred.
- Employee supervision/management experience required.
Qualifications
- EMR and/or IDX experience preferred.
Skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The base pay range is $40.89 - $63.48 per hour.
