About the role

Responsible for the supervising and coordination of departmental activities. Maintains workflow and operations ensuring prompt and accurate collection of patient demographic and insurance information. Ensures excellent customer service, efficient patient flow, and effective communication with patients, physicians, and other hospital departments.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent, some college desirable.
• Three to five years of previous work related experience.
