Job Description
- Responsible for managing daily activities of Oil Stores personnel.
- Maintain UAWCAS reporting, Hourly timekeeping in Workday, and approve Vacations.
- Communicate with Engineering Team peers in various cross-functional projects.
- Work and communicate with hourly personnel to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and Allison restrictions and requirements.
- Train and develop employees in areas concerning chemical processing, environmental, and safety.
- Plan and schedule chemical, safety, and processing-related meetings, programs, and projects in accordance with Allison policies and procedures.
- Complete work assignments within budget, manpower, and timing constraints.
- Produce quality, financial, environmental, and performance reports per the Allison system.
- Implement and actively support the plant and corporate safety policies and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Associate degree and/or equivalent experience in manufacturing, supervision, or industrial chemicals.
- 1+ years supervisory experience.
- Understanding of basic chemistry.
- 1+ years working in industrial manufacturing.
- Experience working with industrial chemicals and their interaction with metallurgy.
- Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
