About the Role
Supervises operations and coordinates administrative functions for facilities. Supervises staff, coordinates projects, assigns staff functions, and communicates policies and procedures. Provides input on programs and procedures for cost containment and space assessment.
Responsibilities
- Assists in identifying needs, securing resources, and implementation of training programs.
- Ensures compliance with all local codes and standards.
- Works with staff to ensure continuous life-cycle analysis of equipment.
- Assists with the design and planning of new buildings and renovations of existing spaces.
- Offers input into the strategic planning process, manages operating expenditures, and assists in developing and monitoring the budget.
- Plans and sets day-to-day objectives for the team that have a direct effect on the results of the department or area.
- Resolves technical and operational problems within provided guidelines.
- Leads/supervises a unit within a department or a small department, typically as a 'working' supervisor.

Requirements
- 4 years of relevant work experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
