Supervisor C Shift

Job Responsibilities

• Establish work assignments for team members.
• Plan, organize, and coordinate Assembly Production.
• Enforce plant rules and standards of conduct.
• Lead by example to ensure plant safety and 6S standards are met.
• Train, track, and evaluate employee performance.
• Maintain accurate time and attendance records for payroll purposes.
• Coordinate with support departments for scheduling and event management.
• Complete daily production reporting.
• Conduct weekly Team-Lead meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• MS Office, Oracle proficiency.
• Exceptional leadership, written and oral communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to prioritize duties in a changing environment.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a Lean Manufacturing environment.
