Supervisor Board Certified Behavior Analyst

About the role

Provide a range of applied behavior analytic (ABA) assessment and clinical services for children, adolescents and adults with autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Consults, provides training to caregivers, conducts behavioral evaluations of clients and designs behavior and individual support plans for clients.
• Coordinates, schedules, communicates and continually evaluates the effectiveness of functional assessments, behavioral I evaluations, behavior plans and individual education plans for clients on your caseload.
• Educate, observe, assess, and supervise the educational activities and service delivery of Behavioral Technicians and Program Coordinators.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Completion of Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Supervision Requirements.
• Three (3) years’ experience working as a BCBA or BCBA D in the autism or developmental disability field.
• Two (2) years’ experience training and supervising staff.

Preferred Qualifications

• Ph.D.

Skills And Abilities

• Strong knowledge and deep understanding of behavior analytic therapies; experience delivering these services.
• Proficient with DTT, ABA Program/Goal Development, ABA Behavior Reduction and Skills Acquisition Procedures, and Staff Training.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, highly organized with the ability to multi task.
• Ambitious and self-motivated, comfortable with change, comfortable collaborating with attending physicians, well organized, efficient time management skills, excellent verbal communication skills, understanding of medical terminology, ability to respond quickly to varying demands from provider and patient, must be able to work well as part of a team, maintain professional boundaries, have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and related skills.
