About the Role
Aspire Bakeries is seeking a Production Supervisor to join our team at our Chaska, MN bakery. In this role, you will lead daily production operations while ensuring compliance with safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. You will drive operational performance, develop team members, and deliver products that meet customer and company standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and customer service objectives.
- Supervise and develop production team members through coaching, training, performance feedback, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety, quality, regulatory, and company policies and procedures.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, product quality, and cost performance.
- Monitor and analyze production, labor, and material performance to support achievement of operational goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve production challenges and maintain workflow effectiveness.
- Promote a safe workplace by identifying risks, investigating incidents, implementing corrective actions, and fostering a culture of safety.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing or production environment.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and training skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to learn and utilize ERP systems such as SAP.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment requiring standing, walking, bending, and climbing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Food Science, or a related field.
- Experience in bakery, food manufacturing, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments.
- Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality systems within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Experience working with SAP or similar manufacturing ERP systems.

Pay
Salary Range: $68,000 - $85,000.
Schedule
Shift: 2nd shift. Weekend availability required.
