Job Responsibilities
- Scheduling, training, coaching, and making recommendations to the QA Supervisor about performance, hiring, and termination decisions.
- Participating in the transitions between shifts and communicating key information to peers, team members, and Production Management.
- Preparing a variety of routine and special reports that document testing activities, test results, and operational issues involving product quality and safety such as swab tests, finished product tests, and HACCP audits.
- Ensuring operational compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in the areas of safety, employment, quality, work rules, good manufacturing practices, hazard analysis and critical control points, and others as established by communicating requirements to employees, validating understanding, and correcting behavior as required.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in food science, or a related field, or equivalent amount of relevant experience and education.

Pay
The starting hourly rate for this position is $26.00. This role is eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 hours in a week and may also be eligible for additional hourly premiums for perfect attendance and/or working evening or night shifts.
