Supervisor, Applications & Annunciators
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the performance of direct reports
- Hiring, training, and developing resources
- Establishing a culture of focusing on safety and quality as the top priorities
- Evaluating resource demand from projects and developing hiring plans according to ensure long-term sustainability
- Meting labor rate goals for the team
- Ensuring consistency in the software development process across the team
- Incorporating lessons and using skillsets from two different plant computer/annunciator system products
- Ensuring closure of issues and corrective actions
- Leading product and process improvements and cost savings projects
- Leading resolution of emergent customer issues
- Leading the development of cost estimates for new projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 10 years of experience
- Experience with leading a team of engineers
- Experience with I&C software application development
- Experience in the nuclear industry preferred
Pay
The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $116,800 to $146,000 per year.
