Supervisor, Advanced Video Measurement

About the role

Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) is the global media platform for Publicis Groupe. PMX Lift is an omnichannel activation practice that combines the scale and expertise of Publicis Media with the data and technology of Publicis-owned Epsilon and strategic media partners to offer cross-channel planning, execution, and measurement. The PMX Lift Measurement team is expanding to meet increased demand for advanced media campaign reporting.

The Supervisor of Measurement will lead all aspects of building and executing PMX Lift campaigns across a variety of categories, working both independently and collaboratively. This role offers the opportunity to work across diverse client brands and category verticals, collaborating with teams of experts in the fast-growing, audience-based deterministic landscape.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-campaign planning and feasibility analysis, guiding Specialists and reviewing inputs from Senior Analysts and Analysts.
• Oversee setup of advanced attribution measurement, ensuring alignment with Enablement and Investment teams.
• Manage campaign deliverables across all stages, ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Lead post-campaign reporting analysis, developing insights and recommendations, and reviewing contributions from Specialists and Senior Analysts.
• Communicate with partners on custom measurement needs and ensure execution accuracy.
• QA and approve reporting inputs, maintaining consistency across deliverables.
• Contribute to product evolution and mentor junior team members across the measurement function.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal partners, agency teams, and vendors through solution-oriented, collaborative, and quick communication methods.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 5-7 years of experience within an agency or media company, including client-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of traditional and digital media data.
• Experience with Advanced TV platforms and technologies and/or programmatic systems (DSP, SSP), ad delivery mechanics, identity, and attribution.
• Experience with planning, executing, or measuring audience-based campaigns, both programmatically and through direct IO.
• Proven experience in managing direct reports or teams, mentoring junior staff, and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to move efficiently across multiple campaigns and clients, managing priorities and workflow effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to derive actionable insights.
• Ability to adapt to changing industry trends and embrace new technologies or methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex media strategies to clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in process building and workflow documentation.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to think creatively.
• High attention to detail with the ability to stay meticulously organized.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).

Pay

Compensation range: USD $75,050.00 - USD $120,159.00 annually. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position.
