Role Overview

As a fully-remote Collaborating Supervisor (MD), you will collaborate with Innerwell’s psychiatric clinicians and our Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to ensure the seamless implementation of our ketamine therapy protocols, while maintaining the highest standards of client care.

What you'll do

  • Act as the supervising physician for Innerwell's team of PMHNPs, FNPs, and Psych PAs.
  • Fulfill the responsibilities outlined in collaborative practice and supervising physician agreements, including periodic tele-meetings, case reviews, and consultation on prescriptions.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to our psychiatric clinicians, fostering their professional growth.
  • Offer constructive performance feedback and escalate any issues to the CMO as necessary.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Medicine (Focus: Psychiatry or Neurology)
  • Board-certified psychiatrist licensed in Georgia, in good standing.
  • Resides in the state of Georgia
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Personal or professional experience with altered states of consciousness.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.
