Supervising Physician

About the role

This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen responsible execution, improve decision-making, and support sustainable growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical supervisory services for Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) delivering patient care
• Complete necessary paperwork for supervising/collaborating with APPs
• Conduct chart reviews as directed, following company medical protocols
• Be available for consultation questions from APPs during patient treatment hours
• Promote the practice of the Company within legal and ethical boundaries
• Engage in quality improvement and peer review activities
• Support indigent or charity care policies adopted by the Company
• Comfortable with telemedicine and remote oversight of APPs

Qualifications

• Board certified in Family Practice or Emergency Medicine
• Licensed in the State of Florida
• Able to work well in a team environment
• Strong "Crucial Conversation" skills
